At Present At Work, we are 'social matchmakers': we connect companies in Amsterdam that want to make an impact with residents of Amsterdam who could use a helping hand. That’s why we think it’s important to organise volunteering projects that match perfectly with both your company's impact goals and the needs of the recipient of the help. By working as a team for a morning or afternoon, you can make Amsterdam a bit more beautiful, greener and more sociable, and together we create unforgettable encounters.
Present At Work has relationships with a host of community organisations in all districts of the city. This enables us to organise volunteering projects that perfectly match your company's values and your team's interests.
In order to achieve the right match and organise an unforgettable volunteering day, we ask for a donation to cover our expenses.
Bespoke volunteering activities
Where? In the homes of Amsterdam residents and with Amsterdam organisations who could use some help or are lacking social contact.
With whom? With your co-workers, your team or the whole company
For whom? Elderly people, families with limited financial resources, refugees, people with disabilities, single parents, homeless people, etc.
What sort of volunteering jobs? Cooking, gardening, decorating someone’s home, a trip to the zoo, a beauty day with elderly people, etc.
How long? A couple of hours, half a day or a whole day
